EPOXY MASTIC EPM-60110 is a two component epoxy anti corrosion protective coatings for all types of steel construction and stell components in rural and moderates industrial environment can be used as primer and top coat as well with high surface tolerance.

Application Procedures :
Surface Preparation
- All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from contaminantion.
- In case of new steel, abrasive sand blasting to minimum Sa 2 in accordance with the SWEDISH STANDARD SIS 05 59 00 and ISO 8501 – 1 : 1988 or SSPC – SP – 10.
- Oil or grease should be removed by solvent cleaning or industrial detergent.
- Remove the rust with mechanical sander or with chemicals.
Application Process
- Stir thoroughly component A EPOXY MASTIC EPM-60110, add hardener / component B, with volume ratio 4 : 1. Then stir thoroughly
- Add Propan Thinner Epoxy according to application requirement, then stir thoroughly.
- Do not apply this paint mixture after 2 hours.
- Apply this paint mixture EPOXY MASTIC EPM-60110 by brush / spray / roll.
- Leave it dry minimum 6 hours, before the next application (depends on air temperature and humidity).
