EPOXY PHENOLIC EPC-50500
EPOXY PHENOLIC EPC-50500 is a two component epoxy phenolic anti corrosion protective coatings with high resistance to a wide range of chemicals and solvents for all types of steel components and especially for tank lining.

Application Procedures :
Surface Preparation
- All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from contaminantion.
- In case of new steel, abrasive sand blasting to minimum Sa 2 in accordance with the SWEDISH STANDARD SIS 05 59 00 and ISO 8501 – 1 : 1988 or SSPC – SP – 10.
- Oil or grease should be removed by solvent cleaning or industrial detergent.
- Remove the rust with mechanical sander or with chemicals.
Application Process
- Stir thoroughly component A EPOXY PHENOLIC EPC-50500 , add hardener / component B, with volume ratio 4 : 1. Then stir thoroughly
- Add Propan Thinner Epoxy according to application requirement, then stir thoroughly.
- Do not apply this paint mixture after 4 hours.
- Apply this paint mixture EPOXY PHENOLIC EPC-50500 by brush / spray / roll.
- Leave it dry minimum 12 hours, before the next application (depends on air temperature and humidity).
