EASY PU (Ready Mix)
Propan Easy PU RX is a 2 component Polyurethane Clear Lacquer without Polyurethane Thinner, that designed for interiors, furniture, and building components made of wood & rattan.
Base Coat : PU Sanding Sealer PUSS-747-2K RX
Top Coat : PU Lacquer PUL-747-2K RX Clear (Gloss/Satin/Dof)

Packaging : 1.5 Lts (Komp A :1 liter & komp B : 0.5 liter)
Application Procedures :
- Clean wood surface from oil & dirt attached by sand using sandpaper number 180.
- Apply Impra Wood Filler SH-113 to fill wood pores by scrap, allow to dry & sand with sandpaper number 240 until the wood grain looks back.
- Apply Impra Wood Stain WS-162 B to paint the wood surface by brush, then wipe it before it dries
- Apply Propan PU Sanding Sealer PUSS-747-2K RX with a mixture of Comp A : Comp B = 2 : 1 (without thinner) by spray. Let it dry 1-2 hours, then sand with sandpaper number 400. Repeat for the second layer.
- Apply Propan PU Lacquer PUL-747-2K RX Clear with a mixture of Comp A : Comp B = 2 : 1 (without thinner) by spray. Let it dry 2-3 hours, then sand with sandpaper number 400. Repeat for the second layer.
Noted : if necessary, add more Polyurethane thinner to adjust the viscosity level of the paint
