DUROGLOSS 1000 EP PRIMER SURFACER
DUROGLOSS 1000 EP PRIMER SURFACER is an epoxy 2 component paint with a good build and is free of heavy metal and designated as primary automotive refinish or new body work of commercial vehicles such as buses and has advantages such as being able to adhere well directly on metal plate or putty, easy on sandpaper, has good capability, contains good rust protection, and has good solvent and chemical resistance.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Surface preparation:
- The surface to be painted should be clean of dirt, dust, oil, rust, remaining old paint that is still attached and other contaminants
- Surface sandpaper with grit paper of 800 - 1000 grit
Product App Preparation:
- Mix the A and B compounds first before adding the thinner
- Dilute DUROGLOSS 1000 EP PRIMER SURFACER with thinner THNC 2711 ND 80 : 20 : 30
- Stir until well blended and ready to spray on the panel
- Spray DUROGLOSS 1000 EP PRIMER SURFACER EP 2-3 layers with a break time of 5 minutes each layer
- Surface will dry touch after 5-7 minutes and will start to harden after 30 minutes
Final stage:
- The surface will dry after 30 minutes
- The surface sandpaper uses sandpaper 240 after 3-4 hours
- For a more optimal protection and a more attractive appearance can be applied Durogloss basecoat with a variety of color choices
