DUROGLOSS PU PRIMER 3300 PU GREY
DUROGLOSS SURFACER 3300 PU GREY is an acrylic urethane surfacer primer that has high film thickness, quick dry and rust resistant. Its fast dry technology makes this product can be sanded within an hour without oven, so this product is ideal for small panel repairs. Has an advantage in the adhesion of iron and can also be applied to wet on wet conditions because the surface of the film is smooth.

Surface preparation:
- The surface to be painted should be clean of dirt, dust, oil, rust, remaining old paint that is still attached and other contaminants
- Surface sandpaper with grit paper of 800 - 1000 grit
Product Application Preparation:
- Clean the surface of dirt and dust attached
- Mix the A and B compounds first before adding the thinner
- Dilute DUROGLOSS SURFACER 3300 PU GREY with thinner THNC 2711 ND 80 : 20 : 70
- Stir until well blended and ready to spray on the panel
- Spray DUROGLOSS SURFACER 3300 PU GREY 2-3 layers with pause time of 5 minutes each layer
Final stage:
- The surface will dry touch after 5 minutes and will start to harden after 30 minutes
- Surface sandpaper after 1 hour
- For a more optimal protection and a more attractive appearance can be applied Durogloss basecoat with a variety of color choices
